By participating in any Shop Caloundra competition, entrants are deemed to acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants may be residents of the Sunshine Coast or visitors from other regions, provided they are not immediate family members of Shop Caloundra by the Caloundra Business Alliance staff or affiliated businesses.

To enter successfully, entrants are required to complete all questions and fields on the competition entry form.

No special skills are necessary unless specifically mentioned. Each person is allowed only one entry.

The competition is facilitated through the Shop Caloundra magazine, Facebook page, and website. Personal information gathered will be used exclusively for competition administration, but may also be employed by Shop Caloundra by the Caloundra Business Alliance for future marketing purposes.

Winners are chosen at random and will be notified via phone (two attempts) and email. The winner is given a 24-hour window to return the phone call or email. Entrants grant permission for the use of their name for promotional purposes, without any compensation.

Travel prizes are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the individual prize provider. Winners may be required to present a credit card upon check-in at accommodations or resorts.

The promoter holds no responsibility for any loss or damage sustained by the prize during transit, nor for any personal injury linked to the prize.

The responsibility for collecting the prize rests with the winner. Winners must provide proof of ID upon collection and retrieve the prize, if applicable, from participating stores. The address for collection will be provided upon announcement of the winners.

Winners have 60 days to collect their prize. In the event that prize collection does not occur within this period, the competition will be redrawn. If the prize remains unclaimed and subsequently becomes unavailable, the president reserves the right to withdraw the prize offer entirely.

The judges' decision is considered binding and final. No further correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

If a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute it with one of equal or greater value.
